Critical Issue
This problem affects DDR2 and DDR3, LPDDR2, QDR II, and RLDRAM II products.
When using the Quartus II software version 13.1, and targeting an Arria V, Cyclone V, or Stratix V device, the Presets list on the Memory Parameters tab of the parameter editor may be empty.
The workaround for this issue is to open each of the following
files in a text editor, and change each occurrence of 13.1.1 to 13.1 :
/../.ip/altera/alt_mem_if_ddr2_emif/alt_mem_if_ddr2_mem_model.qprs
/../.ip/altera/alt_mem_if_lpddr2_emif/alt_mem_if_lpddr2_mem_model.qprs
/../.ip/altera/alt_mem_if_rldramii_emif/alt_mem_if_rldramii_mem_model.qprs
/../.ip/altera/alt_mem_if_qdrii_emif/alt_mem_if_qdrii_mem_model.qprs
/../.ip/altera/alt_mem_if_hps_emif/alt_mem_if_ddr3_mem_model.qprs
/../.ip/altera/alt_mem_if_ddr3_emif/alt_mem_if_ddr3_mem_model.qprs
/../.ip/altera/alt_mem_if_rldram3_emif/alt_mem_if_rldram3_mem_model.qprs
For example, in the file /../.ip/altera/alt_mem_if_ddr3_emif/alt_mem_if_ddr3_mem_model.qprs,
change:

to:

This issue is fixed in the Quartus II software version 13.1.2.
