Description Yes, the HEX file can be added to the Main Block Data section in the Convert Programming Files dialog box in the Quartus® II software. The Convert Programming Files process is used to generate the Flash programmer object file (POF) file. After that, check the box for the HEX data under Program/Configure in the programmer window after loading in the MAX® II device POF and the Flash POF, and start the programming.
