Critical Issue
If the 40-100GbE IP core receives a packet with a terminate character but without
the proper preamble bytes, it increments the FCS error count in the
CNTR_RX_FCS register at offset 0x2B8. In addition, if the packet is
a runt, the IP core increments the runt count in the CNTR_RX_RUNT
register at offset 0x2B6.
This issue has no workaround. Be aware that malformed packets might be counted by
the CNTR_RX_FCS and CNTR_RX_RUNT counters in versions 14.0
and later of the 40-100GbE IP core.
