RapidIO II IP Core Might Send Control Symbols While Port Not Initialized

The RapidIO II IP core might send a control symbol when the port is not yet initialized. The impact of this issue depends on the type of control symbol the IP core transmits on the RapidIO link and the state of the system at the time the IP core transmits the control symbol. In the best case, the issue has no effect on system operation. In the worst case the issue could cause the link to time out or the IP core or its link partner to declare a fatal error.

This issue has no workaround.

This issue is fixed in version 13.0 SP1 of the RapidIO II MegaCore function.
