Is the value of the programmable pull-up resistor configurable?

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description No, the programmable pull-up resistor can only be enabled or disabled on a respective I/O pin. It's value (in Ohms) cannot be configured. The value is PVT dependent and is bound by the resistance specification which can be found in the datasheet of the respective Altera® device.
