Description
In the Quartus® II software version 15.0 and later, the Hyper-Retimer is prevented from optimizing design performance due to overly conservative hold timing parameters on Hyper-Registers.
Resolution
To update the timing model for the Stratix® 10 Early Access device, download and install patch 1.01 from the links below. You must install the Quartus II software version 15.0 Update 1 before installing this patch.

The timing model has been updated beginning with the Quartus II software version 15.0 Update 2.
