Critical Issue

Description

The Quartus II software may report a hold time violation for reconfig_xcvr_clk in Gen1 x1 variants of the Stratix V Hard IP for PCI Express IP Core.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in version 12.1 of the Quartus II software.
