Hard IP for PCI Express NCSim Root Port Simulation Fails

Critical Issue

Description

Due to timescale directive issues, the Quartus II software does not currently support NCSim simulations.

Resolution

This issue is fixed for Arria 10 devices in version 15.0 of the Quartus II software. It will not be fixed for earlier devices. Altera recommends using a different simulator.
