Yes. In general, Cyclone device I/O banks 1 and 3 are compliant with the 3.3-V PCI Local Bus Specification Revision 2.1. The following two tables list the specific Cyclone devices that support 32-bit and 64-bit PCI at 66MHz and 33MHz, respectively. Devices with a grey “Yes” cell in the “64-bit” column support 64-bit PCI at the specified PCI bus speed. Devices with a grey “Yes” cell in the “32-bit” column support 32-bit PCI at the specified PCI bus speed.
