40-100GbE IP Core Pause Frame Handling Issue

Critical Issue

Description

When the 40-100GbE IP core transmission is paused, the IP core should still be able to transmit pause frames. However, currently when IP core transmission is paused, the IP core does not transmit pause frames.

This issue applies to all 40-100GbE IP cores.

Resolution

This issue has no workaround.

This issue is fixed in version 14.0 Update 1 of the 40- and 100-Gbps Ethernet MAC and PHY MegaCore function.
