Description

For the Windows version of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software, compiling a design from the command-line might result in blank messages in the Report panel. For example, the .syn.rpt file might be blank.

Resolution

Compile your deisgn using the Quartus Prime Pro Edition software GUI on Windows.
