Yes. the PFL megafunction beginning in the Quartus® II software version 11.1 supports CFI flash memory with a 2 Gb density.
When you instantiate the PFL, you can select CFI 2 Gbit from the list of Largest flash density in the PFL megafunction.
For more information on instantiating the PFL megafunction. refer to the Parallel Flash Loader Megafunction User Guide (PDF).
Note, the user guide which was released in August 2012 and earlier do not mention the CFI flash memory with 2 Gb density support. It will be revised in a future revision.
