DS-5 Not Installed with SoC EDS Installation on Linux

Critical Issue

Description

If the xterm package is not installed before installing SoC EDS, the DS-5 installation is not launched at the end of the SoC EDS installation on Linux.

Resolution

You must manually launch the DS-5 installation by running one of the following scripts:

  • <installdir>/embedded/ds-5_installer/install_x86_64.sh--on a 64-bit system
  • <installdir>/embedded/ds-5_installer/install_x86_32.sh--on a 32-bit system
