Critical Issue

Description

Encrypted Mentor Graphics ModelSim-specific simulation models provided with the Quartus II software version 11.0 cannot be read by ModelSim versions earlier than 6.6c.

Resolution

Upgrade to Mentor Graphics ModelSim version 6.6d.
