Description
If you are using a development kit GUI you may be seeing an issue where there is a mis-translation of “,” and “.”. In these cases your operating system may be expecting something like 12.345 but the operating system may be converting it to 12,345.
Resolution
The workaround is:
1. In Control Panel => Region and language: Set All Tabs (Format, Location, Keyboards and Languages, Administrative (Current Language for non-Unicode programs)) to English (US)
2. Reboot the PC
3. From Control Panel => Java => Temporary Internet Files => Settings => Delete Files
4. Re-run the Development Kit GUI
