Why do I see errors when trying to use the Intel® Advanced Link Analyzer (ALA) with non-English language versions of Microsoft Windows?

Description

You may see errors when trying to use the Intel Advanced Link Analyzer (ALA) with non-English language versions of Microsoft Windows due to the different use of “,” versus “.” number separators.

Resolution

To fix this problem, you can set the Microsoft Windows regional settings to English (UK or USA).
