The de-assert timing of source_ena signal in RS decoder.

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description

When source_ena to de-assert during frame transmission (between sop and eop), source_val signal might de-assert at the time of several milli second. Therefore, throughput decreases. Never missing frame by this behavior.
Resolution Please do not make source_ena signal to de-assert during frame transmission (between sop and eop).
