Why does the H-Tile Transceiver Native PHY Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP show incorrect magnitude range of Tx VOD?

    Description

    Due to a problem with the H-Tile Transceiver Native PHY Intel® Stratix® 10 FPGA IP in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 17.1, the magnitude range of Tx VOD from 0 - 31 is incorrect. The correct magnitude range is 17 to 31 for Tx VOD.

    Resolution

    No plan to fix it.
