Why does the Stratix 10 H-tile Transceiver Native PHY IP show incorrect magnitude range of Tx VOD ?

Description

Due to a problem with the Stratix® 10 H-tile Transceiver Native PHY IP in Quartus® Prime Pro edition version 17.1, the magnitude range of Tx VOD from 0 - 31 is incorrect. The correct magnitude range is 17 to 31 for Tx VOD.

Resolution

This problem will be fixed in a future version of the Quartus Prime Pro software.
