Critical Issue
Description
When using the hard reset controller for the Stratix V GX Hard
IP for PCI Express IP Core, the local reset signal, npor, is
not functional.
Resolution
You can reset the Stratix V GX Hard IP for PCI Express IP Core
using the pin_perstn pin.
