Critical Issue

Description

When you use the HDMI RX core, you may observe intermittent video data (vid_data) error from the core. The data error rate is higher when your system\'s resource utilization is extremely high. Otherwise, the error rate is quite low or null. The error is caused by the video data clock crossing issue from the link speed clock (ls_clk) domain to the video clock (vid_clk) domain within the HDMI RX core.

Resolution

There is no workaround for this issue.

This issue is fixed in version 15.0 of the HDMI IP core.
