Can I power up the I/O banks in the MAX® 7000B device at different times with respect to each other?

Environment

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description Yes, the two I/O banks in MAX 7000B devices can be powered up at different times, i.e. MAX 7000B supports hot-socketing. If VCCINT and the VCCIO pins of one I/O bank are powered to operating condition requirements, the device logic and that one I/O bank will operate as designed by the user. The remaining I/O bank will be in a hot-socket tri-state until that I/O bank is powered.

The input pins for the device will be functional when VCCINT is powered, even in an I/O bank that is not powered. Input pins are powered by VCCINT. The output pins for a bank with no VCCIO supply voltage will remain tri-stated.
