Description
Starting with the Quartus® II software version 13.0, you can uninstall patches if you installed the patch with the Allow patches to be uninstalled option turned on.
This option is on by default and can be turned on during the installation of the patch.
Resolution
To uninstall the patch on Windows, use the Start menu shortcut. On Linux, launch the uninstaller from the directory <installation directory>/uninstall.
You can only uninstall patches in the reverse order in which they were installed.
