Is it possible to change the TCK frequency of the Intel® FPGA download cable II (USB-Blaster II) with Intel Quartus® Prime Programmer without using the command prompt?

Description

Yes, in Intel® Quartus® Prime Programmer version 18.0 and later, you  can change the TCK frequency of the Intel FPGA download cable II (USB-Blaster II) by clicking on “Hardware Setup” and changing the TCK Frequency in “Hardware frequency”.
