    Description Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 13.0sp1dp6 or earlier, you may see this internal error when you compile an Arria® V or Cyclone® V design that contains an FFT IP.
    Resolution This problem is fixed beginning with the Quartus II software version 13.1
