Description
Cyclone® III devices are available in some packages that do not have an MSEL3 pin. These devices do support AS Fast POR when used with a VCCIO of 3.3V in I/O bank 1. They do not support the AS Fast POR at 2.5V or 3.0V VCCIO in I/O bank 1. The MSEL connections are different between devices that do and do not have an MSEL3 pin.
