Specifying -operating_conditions option can cause SDC commands to be ignored silently

    Critical Issue

    Description

    In Quartus® Prime Standard Edition, sepcifying the -operating_conditions option with the set_timing_derate or set_annoted_delay SDC commands causes the commands to be ignored silently for all supported product families except Arria® 10.

    Resolution

    Apply the the set_timing_derate or set_annoted_delay SDC commands to all timing corners by not specifying the -operating_conditions option.
