Do rx_analogreset and rx_digitalreset inputs affect rx_signaldetect status in Cyclone IV GX and other GX/GT/GZ device families?

Description Yes, when rx_analogreset or rx_degitalreset is asserted on the high speed transceiver channels of Cyclone® IV GX or other GX/GT/GZ device families, the rx_signaldetect signal  will get de-asserted.
