Is there a known issue with the Arria 10 Early Power Estimator Tool (EPE) reporting zero power consumption (block thermal power) in the DSP section?

    Description

    Yes, there is a known issue with the Arria® 10 EPE Versions 16.0 Build 05.20 and Version 16.0.1 Build 06.08 where  zero power consumption (block thermal power) is reported in the DSP section when using configurations  “FP Vector One”, “FP Vector One with Sub”, “FP Vector Two” and “FP Vector Two with Sub”..

    Resolution

    In order to get the correct estimated power consumption (block thermal power) for DSP in the Arria 10 EPE Version 16.0 Build 05.20 and Version 16.0.1 Build 06.08 when configured as “FP Vector One”, “FP Vector One with Sub”, “FP Vector Two” and “FP Vector Two with Sub”, you can select “FP Multiply Add/Sub”.

    This problem will be fixed in the Arria 10 EPE version 16.1.
