Environment

  • Quartus® II Subscription Edition
    • BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
    Description This error may be seen in the Quartus® II software version(s) 11.1SP2 and later when a VHDL record data type is assigned a string value which includes a comma “,”.
    Resolution

    To work around this problem in the Quartus® II software version 11.1SP2 and later remove the comma from the string value.

    This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
