Description
The Quartus® II software version 9.1 may incorrectly generate this warning, if your design implements a ALTGX_RECONFIG megafunction. This warning occurs because the Quartus II software detects that the LPM_MUX inside the ALTGX_RECONFIG megafunction feeds register clock pins.
You can safely ignore this warning for the nodes inside the ALTGX_RECONFIG megafunction, because only a specific input of the LPM_MUX is active at a given time, so a glitch does not occur at the output.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
