Why there is no Serial Lite IV IP Toolkit 1.3.1 in system console for the Serial Lite IV Intel® Agilex™ FPGA IP design example generated in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.4?

Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.4, you will not see the Serial Lite IV IP Toolkit 1.3.1 in system console when using the Serial Lite IV Intel® Agilex™ FPGA IP design example. According to Serial Lite IV Intel® Agilex™ FPGA IP Design Example User Guide, user should see the toolkit as shown in figure 19 on page 33. 

This issue has been fixed in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.4.1 and later versions.

To fix this issue in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.4, please install the following patch 0.26:
