Critical Issue

Description

Version 12.1 SP1 of the Quartus II software specifies incorrect values for many pre-emphasis and VOD settings, resulting in link training failures. This issue affects all Cyclone V Avalon-MM Hard IP for PCI Express variants in Version 12.1 of the Quartus II software.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in version 13.0 of the Quartus II software.
