How do I make the Text Editor toolbar reappear in the Quartus II 10.0 GUI?

Description

To make the tool bar reappear in the Text Editor in the Quartus® II software version 10.0, perform the following steps:

  1. Detach the text editor by selecting on Detach Window on the Windows menu
  2. On the detached window, select Customize... on the Tools menu
  3. Enable the toolbar by enabling the Text Editor option and hit OK
