Does the Parallel Flash Loader (PFL) megafunction support Arria V and Cyclone V devices in FPPx16 configuration mode?

Description

When you use PFL megafunction in the Quartus® II software to configure Arria® V or Cyclone® V devices in FPPx16 mode, there is a note:

The selected configuration scheme is only supported in Stratix® V device family.

However this note is incomplete. Arria V and Cyclone V devices are supported in this configuration mode.

Resolution You can ignore this note for Arria V or Cyclone V devices. The note will be updated in a future version of the Quartus II software.
