Why do I receive an error when using the Intel® Quartus® Prime Programmer version 20.3 to enroll the Intrinsic ID PUF or perform Black Key Provisioning on an Intel® Stratix® 10 device?

    Description

    Due do a known problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition and Intel® Quartus® Prime Programmer software version 20.3, you may encounter an error loading the provision firmware onto an Intel® Stratix® 10 device that has the owner root key hash programmed into physical eFuses.

    Resolution

    A patch to fix this problem is available for the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition software version 20.3
