How to generate Routing Constraints File (.rcf) in Quartus Prime Standard Edition Software?

Description

To generate the Routing Constraints File (.rcf) in Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software , users will need to enter the following command in Nios II Command Shell:

quartus_cdb <project name> --back_annotate = routing.
