Description
You may see an incorrect JTAG ID code when using the Intel® Cyclone® 10 GX Development Kit in Windows operating system if your host has multiple installations of the Intel® Quartus® Prime software, resulting in the possibility of an incorrect device database being accessed for the device JTAG ID.
Resolution
As a workaround, ensure there is only one version of the Intel Quartus Prime software (Pro or Standard) installed.
