Why can't I see a major difference between enabling and disabling the LVDS pre-emphasis feature for Intel® MAX® 10 devices during hardware measurements ?

Environment

  • Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition
    • BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
    Description

    Due to a known problem in Intel® Quartus® Prime Standard Edition software version 19.4 and earlier, you will not see a difference in behavior between enabling and disabling the Intel MAX® 10 device LVDS pre-emphasis feature.

    Resolution

    This problem is sheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Intel® Quartus® Prime software.
