Description
Due to a problem in the Quartus® II software version 11.1 and later, you may see this error when you add a Programmer Object File (.pof) to your Quartus II Programmer and both of the following statements are true:
- The .pof was generated using the convert programming files function
- One of the input files used is a Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File (.hex) that includes one of the reserved keywords CFI, NAND or QSPI in the file name
Resolution
To work around this problem, ensure that none of the input file names to the convert programming files function contain any of the reserved keywords.
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus II software.
