Description
Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime Pro/Standard Edition Software, this internal error may occur when you assign a design's node as Alias or Name in Logic Analyzer Interface GUI in All Banks view.
Resolution
To work around this problem, assign design's nodes in the view of particular Bank. For example, if you have Bank count set to 2 assign nodes using Bank 0 or Bank 1 view and not All Banks view.
This problem is fixed in version 20.3 of the Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software.
