Why do I have timing violations when using LPM_DIVIDE IP?

    Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition
    LPM_DIVIDE Intel® FPGA IP
BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description

The LPM_DIVIDE IP is not recommended for new designs targeting high performance in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro edition software.

Resolution

Switch to the Intel® FPGA Fixed Point Functions IP for high performance requirement.
