Description
Due to a problem in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 19.1, you may see this internal error when compiling an Intel® Stratix® 10 design containing a PR (Partial Reconfiguration) region. This problem occurs when the static root partition has been migrated from an earlier backward compatible version.
Resolution
To work around this problem, discard the original compiled static root partition and recompile it in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro Edition Software version 18.1 Update 1 or later.
