    Description

Yes.  Although the Intel® Stratix® 10 SEU Mitigation User Guide (UG-S10SEU | 2020.09.24) Table 3 Error Message Queue Description says
Bit 31:29-Error type: 10=multi-bit, it was changed as follows:

For Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro version 19.3 or later,
Bit 31:29-Error type: 010=multi-bit has been changed to 011=uncorrectable multi-bit

For Intel® Quartus® Prime Pro prior to 19.3,
Bit 31:29-Error type: 010=multi-bit  remains unchanged.

This change will be described in a future release of the Intel® Stratix® 10 SEU Mitigation User Guide.
