Description
Due to a problem in the Quartus® Prime software version 16.1 , you may see this internal error when archiving your design with the "File Set" options:
- Service Request
- Service Request with incremental compilation database
- Compilation Database and output
*** Fatal Error: Access Violation at 0X00007FFEA1CA07A4

Resolution
To work around this problem, use the default archiver "File Set" setting of "Source control".
This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future release of the Quartus Prime software.
