Is a replacement available for the Intel® 10 Gigabit AT Server Adapter?
Yes. Intel recommends the Intel® 10 Gigabit AT2 Server Adapter. The Intel® 10 Gigabit AT2 Server Adapter is an enhanced version of the Intel® 10 Gigabit AT Server Adapter. Using significantly less power, the Intel® 10 Gigabit AT2 Server Adapter delivers increased margin on the 100 meter reach. Lower power generates less heat, allowing Intel to eliminate the fan from the new design. Additionally, this adapter's lower price helps lower the cost of deploying 10GBASE-T in the data center.
