What if I have problems with my Intel PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter and need an RMA. Will you still honor the warranty?
Yes. The Intel PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter has a limited lifetime warranty. If you need to request an RMA, you can do so by going to the RMA form and following the process included in the form.
Where can I get assistance for Intel PRO/100 M Desktop Adapter after December 31, 2016?
Effective December 31, 2016, e-mail, chat, and phone support will no longer be provided for these adapters. If you need technical support or other information on these adapters, you will need to go to the Intel support site. Web-based support will end after December 2016.
