For Intel® Desktop Boards that support Intel® Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT), there are two devices in Device Manager's "Other devices" category:
All of the following must be true for this issue to occur:
- Intel® AMT is enabled.
- Windows 2000* is the installed operating system.
- LAN driver version is earlier than 10.4.
To resolve the problem, install the latest LAN driver for the desktop board, available at Intel Download Center.
