The Scheduler Option of the Intel® VROC Graphical User Interface (GUI) Does Not Work after Logging Out of Windows*

Content Type: Troubleshooting   |   Article ID: 000098916   |   Last Reviewed: 09/24/2024

Description

After successfully configuring the Intel® VROC scheduler, we noticed it only works when the user is logged in, meaning that no actions happen if the user logs out or the system is restarted. The scheduler resumes working properly after the system boots and the user logs in again.

Resolution

The user must be logged in with administrator privileges in order to enable the scheduler from the Intel® VROC GUI. This is also required in order for the scheduler to keep working.

This is the expected behavior, meaning that logging in after restarting the system will also be required.

If needed, the user can lock the login session after logging in.
