Performance Issues After Starfield* Update to Version 1.10.31.0

After the release of game update 1.10.31.0, performance dropped in certain areas of the game, such as The Lodge (decreasing from > 60 FPs to an average of 40-30 FPS).
This occurs on Intel® Arc A770/A750 even when XeSS is set to Performance mode.
The fix for this performance issue is included with graphics driver 31.0.101.5518 and newer.
