Is It Possible to Update Sudo Package or Use Sudo Command in the Intel® Developer Cloud Batch Service?

Encountered message password for u1xxxxxx when attempting to update packages or use the sudo command in Batch Service Instance.

For the Standard tier batch service (part of this UAT), each user account has the following attributes:

• Non-sudo system access.
• Access to 20 Gb local storage volume for user data.

Batch Service is not a cluster, and it is not a system that will give root access. The system is a shared system and not a virtualized one.
